Meeting Minutes

We are pleased to offer you the service of a company that we have utilized for approximately three years to house and digitally scan our documents.  Approved Meeting Minutes should be available for you to view in the online database approximately 30 days after after the meeting.

Meeting minutes, ordinances and other information are stored on-line with a search and browse feature, so you may view these documents from the comfort of your own home or business office. Follow this link (Link provided will take you out of The Charter Township of Mundy website.) for the scanned documents that you would like to view.

• You may "browse" for documents for a specified time period, or "search" for documents using a key word.
• "Click" on the yellow folder icon next to the words "Mundy Township" highlighted in blue.
• Then "click" on the yellow folder icon next to the words "Clerks Office" highlighted in blue.
• You will then be provided a list of documents that are archived for your review.
• For printing specific documents is it highly recommended, for quality printouts, that you have a ".pdf reader" or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.
