*All requests for a building permit shall be accompanied by two (2) sets of plans.

*One and Two family plans will be reviewed as a part of the permit fee, up to a cost of $100,000.00.

*One and Two family structures over $100,000.00 shall be reviewed at the rate of 10% of the building permit fee.

*All Plan Reviews shall be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour.

The following schedule of fees was adopted by the Charter Township of Mundy at a regular meeting of the Township Board held on August 23, 2010. The total cost of improvement is based on the Bureau of Construction Codes Square Foot Construction Cost Table with the exceptions as listed below under “Construction Valuation”. Pre-manufactured unit fees are based upon 50% of the normal on-site construction permit fee. The first $75.00 of an application fee is non–refundable.

Demolition (Plan Review & Administration)	$75.00 base fee plus $0.05 per square foot on demolition
Certificate of Occupancy	$50.00
