The table below shows the rates for sewer and water services. Please note, that they are applicable and will apply to all water customers.
A) All water customers will be billed a monthly readiness fee based upon the size of the meter.

B) For all water used, there shall be a charge of $2.31 for each 100 cubic feet of metered water usage, as of August 1, 2007. This is in addition to the above noted meter minimum charge.
C) The rates for quarterly billing will be the above monthly amounts multiplied by three (3).
Neither sewer nor water connected to your home will be shut off, except for non-payment of the account. If you sell your home, the account is simply transferred to the new owner. Please contact our Sewer and Water Department, at 810-655-4631, ext. 222, to complete this transfer.
Residents that have separate meters for sprinkler systems, have billings suspended between November 1st and May 1st. The meters will continue to be read during this period of time and if there is usage, a bill will be sent.
Mundy Township operates on the billing cycles that are explained further in the Water and Sewer Department FAQ's section. It is the responsibility of the residents to contact our Water and Sewer Department, at 810-655-4631, ext. 222, if the quarterly billings are not received. There is a 10% penalty for all late payments or the amount paid is less then the amount owed. If you will be out of town on the due dates, you can prepay your month(s) quarterly amount due and avoid the penalty.
